"And I feel good
Yeah I feel fine
Yeah life good
And I’ve been waiting far too long”

And then there was Noise

So Volition is coming soon (yay!) and as such it seems only fitting to go back to Scurrilous.

Also, I find this song is particularly more enjoyable in light of the NSA revelations

'I understand exactly what the concerns of a musician are and should be, and I also understand that the show won’t go on unless you can pay to hire a tour van. You have to be a bit of a business hippy if you have long term visions, and that’s exactly what we are in it for, and what we devote to our bands is a long term goal and vision. We like working with bands who are in love with music and see themselves doing it as long as they are able.'
- Regarding running the Shelsmusic label and, specifically, the acumen being in a band provides to the kind of bands on the label.

‘When we [Rosetta] are at home writing, I get antsy to play shows. There are elements to each setting that are some what addictive. For example, the interaction with an audience is a real adrenal kick that I really am quite addicted to. Yet, the feeling of writing a new song, something that is fresh, and the desire to showcase it for the first time is also really stimulating.’

'It's something we grapple with all the time [Releasing three albums in 15 years]. We try to speed it up and make the frequency of album releases a lot faster. We're completely mystified by the songwriting process, and that's the bottom line for us - we don't know what we're doing. We don't. It feels like it's out of our control a lot of the time.'
Good things, however, come to those who wait.

'To never take it for granted [the most imprortant lesson learnt from being in the music industry]! If you start to expect people to like your music or people to stay with you then you can just forget it cause it doesn’t work like that. You have to work hard, I’m going to go into a Kiss song if I don’t keep quiet… ‘God Gave Rock N’ Roll To You’, that song is really quite inspirational, the lyrics in that song are true, you don’t get nothing unless you work for it and I think that’s good advice for life really.'
